The Brownstone is part of The Summit at Rivery Park, Georgetown’s first high-end, mixed-use development.

Set on 32 acres overlooking the San Gabriel River, The Summit offers 25 miles of hike and bike trails, and a variety of dining options, as well as shopping and other services, just outside your door, including:

  • Specialty restaurants
  • Boutique shopping
  • Full-service spa
  • Medical and wellness services
  • Fitness studio
  • Full-service hotel and conference center and much more

Outdoor gathering places include benches, all surrounded by sprawling heritage oaks connecting to the adjacent Rivery Park, offering access to even more amenities and Georgetown’s hike & bike trail system.

Through a partnership with the City of Georgetown, The Summit will be integrated with improvements to the existing Rivery Park, including enhancements to the disc golf course, a water feature with fountain and sitting added to the disc golf course, a future splash pad, additional parking and riparian restoration to improve river views. This is in addition to the existing rest rooms, playground park, walking trails, nature displays and sitting areas.
