The cost to own a Texas Brownstone depends on the level of personalization you choose. Our Texas Brownstones™ range from $500K-$700K+.

Throughout construction, we perform numerous in-house quality control inspections as well as customer walk throughs at each phase of the build. We hold ourselves to the highest possible standard so that you don’t have to. At any time during construction, and at no added cost, you can schedule a walk with one of our builders so that you can have the peace of mind that you deserve.
